The hotel was in a favourable location adjacent to the centre of the town and cafe and eating places and many other cafes, bars and restaurants. I was upgraded to a new-fashioned standard twin room for a chair to sit on.

This hotel was chilled-out base for exploring Lyndhurst, appreciated it and property's cheerful and brilliant staff at reception desk. Last time we stopped we had a cozy, good room for a chair to sit on. The location was unbeatable, for example, New Forest Golf Club was not too far from the hotel...

The King Room was really spacious and had loads of natural light, which I loved. It feltsuper clean and cozy overall. The beds were decent, but I did notice some signs of wear, like peeling paint and a few scuffs on the furniture. Still, it was cozy. The shower was good too, with nice pressure and hot water, a plus!
